Recent changes in federal and state laws have changed the context for providing services for LGBTQ+ youth within the public-school setting. This presentation will outline those changes, their implications for services, and recommendations for providing supportive, multitiered practices for LGBTQ+ students.


Kansas Association of School Psychologists (KASP) is approved by the National Association of School Psychologists to offer continuing education for school psychologists.  KASP maintains responsibility for the program.

This webinar provides NASP-approved CPD credits. KASP is approved by the National Association of School Psychologists to provide continuing education for psychologists. KASP maintains responsibility for the program and its content.


In order to receive a CPD certificate you must:

1) Have registered.

2) Complete provided sign-in form at the beginning at the conference.

3) Complete the provided sign-out form at the end of the conference.

4) Complete the provided evaluation form by Friday, October 3rd.
