New Memberships and Renewals:
We know there are circumstances where it works out better logistically to instead access a form which you can fill out by hand and mail in. So if needed, skip the online form and click here to download a membership application in Adobe acrobat (.pdf) format or here to download in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. Right click the link and save to your computer.
Though most continuous KASP members have provided the following information in the past, there are formatting issues involved with a switch to an online database. So once you've provided all of the info, in future years you'll only need to update those things in your membership file which have changed! If a line doesn't apply to you or you prefer not to give the information, simply leave it blank.
Remember that upon submitting your information, you'll then have the option of printing out a statement and mailing in a check, or paying online via a credit card through a secure site.
